Emergency repair on Variable Refrigerant Volume

We were recently called to perform an emergency repair on a VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) system at a local aged care facility. ⁠ ⁠ Upon arrival, we discovered that the air con system had no refrigerant, so we got to work!⁠ ⁠ We tested, found the leak and then ran into a problem... the faulty air con unit needed a special part from the manufacturer. ⁠ After some quick thinking, we isolated the leaking unit to ensure the other air cons in the facility could run smoothly and the residents stayed comfortable. ⁠ ⁠ Within 24 hours the part had arrived, was easily installed by our heroic team and the job was done!
